Ironhorse Gear offers the best warranty in the industry. Most of the abuse happens within the first 5 years of owning a product, so we have put all of our efforts into making sure that those first 5 years are as trouble free as possible for you. We guarantee that all Ironhorse Gear branded products will perform at the level that you require of them for many years. Because our products will receive different levels of use, and different levels of abuse, we wanted to provide a clear window of time that we will take care of everything for you. This means that:
1 - We will repair or replace any product, at our cost, for the first 5 years of ownership. As long as the damage is not the result of being burned, gear put away wet and growing mold, or leaving gear out in the sun for prolonged periods of time, we don’t care what else happened to it, we will take care of you. On top of that, as long as you ship it to us for repair, we will cover the cost of getting the item back to you. All warning labels and product tags must remain attached to the product in order for the warranty to be in place.
Examples of what we cover at no charge to you for the first 5 years:
-Gear falls off bike at 75 MPH and busts open all over the road? Yep, we’ll fix it.
-Crazy storm moves in and flattens everything? Oh yes, we’re on it.
-Mice chew through everything while in storage? Gross, but we’ll take care of you.
Examples of what we will help with, but is not covered under warranty:
-Camp too close to the fire and ash burns holes in your gear? Not covered, but we can fix it for you.
-Move out of your house and live in a tent for months at a time, never moving from the same place, then having the UV rays completely degrade your gear? Really bad idea, but we’ll help you out.
-Cooking food or running a lantern inside your tent, then having your bag or tent get too close to the heat and begin to melt? Super bad idea, but we’ll do the best we can for you.
The above 3 scenarios can all be addressed, but a charge will be necessary. A quote for the work can be provided by Ironhorse Gear prior to you sending the product back to us for the repair.
2 - After 5 years we will replace or repair any parts that need to be taken care of, but will do so for a minimal price. The warning labels and product information tags must remain attached to the product at all times. These labels have the manufacture date on them and we will use this date as a base for when the warranty begins and ends.

We will review the claim and will be in touch with you within 24 hours to provide return direction, or cost quotes where necessary. All returns will require a warranty returns number prior to sending it back to us for repair.
